CJK Chifa Lab is a restaurant that explores chifa cuisine through a contemporary, creative, and approachable lens. We take the tradition of Chinese-Peruvian cuisine as our starting point and reinterpret it through our own flavors, techniques, and ways of presenting each dish. We believe chifa is an important part of our culinary identity and, at the same time, that there is enormous room to keep experimenting with it.
At CJK Chifa Lab, we want every visit to be an experience—from the flavors and aromas of our kitchen to the way we share the table. We are a flavor laboratory with chifa roots, a Peruvian spirit, and a desire to keep creating.

At CJK Chifa Lab, our cuisine is born from the meeting point between chifa tradition and our own way of understanding gastronomy. We respect the flavors, techniques, and ingredients that make chifa an essential part of Peruvian identity, while giving ourselves the freedom to play, experiment, and create new combinations.
Our menu aims to surprise without losing the sense of familiarity that makes chifa so special: dishes made for sharing, bold flavors, contrasts, textures, and plenty of flavor in every bite. Chifa cuisine with identity, creativity, and a Peruvian spirit.
